1. Requests you can make
You may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, request correction or deletion where applicable, and exercise other rights available under Turkish data-protection law. See the Personal Data Notice for an overview.
2. Information to include
- Your name,
- A safe contact method for our response,
- A clear description of your request,
- Where useful, the date, subject or communication reference that helps locate the relevant record.
Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify identity. Please do not provide documents that are unnecessary for verification.
3. Submission
You can make an initial request to info@ardacanaydin.com. Depending on the request, you may be asked to resubmit through a legally recognised verified method under applicable Turkish law.
4. Review
Requests are reviewed under the applicable statutory procedure and time limits, taking into account the scope of the request and whether the requester's identity can be verified. Requests that would disclose another person's personal data will not be fulfilled.
