1. Data we may process
When you use the contact and cooperation form, we may process your name, organisation, email, phone number, country, technology area, evidence stage, Türkiye objective and message. Limited technical logs such as IP address and request time may be generated for security. Analytics data is processed only after you allow analytics.
Please do not submit health data, biometric data or other sensitive categories of personal data through these forms.
2. Purposes
- Receiving, assessing and responding to professional enquiries,
- Managing potential professional and business-development discussions in Türkiye,
- Protecting the website from abuse and maintaining technical security,
- Measuring site usage when analytics permission is provided,
- Meeting applicable legal obligations and protecting legal rights.
3. Legal basis and recipients
Processing is carried out under the applicable legal bases provided by Turkish data-protection law, depending on the nature of the activity. Data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with hosting, database, email and security providers and with competent authorities where legally required. Analytics providers are used only when analytics permission is given.
4. Retention and international processing
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable legal requirements, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised as appropriate. Some infrastructure providers may process data outside Türkiye depending on their server locations; any such transfer is intended to rely on the applicable legal conditions for international data transfers.
